Come From Away Musical

We watched an awesome musical with Mark's family. Wonderful true story about how the Canadians took care of 9/11 passengers who had to deplane. The Canadians at Gander extended amazing hospitality to complete strangers who later became friends in 5 short days.

I was on auntie babysitting duty while Rae's parents had to work.

Mark at an AI conference this week, learning lots about the power of AI and how to use it for good.

Dropped Mari and Mark off at SFO and headed to the City to have lunch with my high school English teacher. We've kept in touch for over the last 30 years.  She has now helped me, Tyler and Ethan with our college essays!

Visiting my Auntie and cousins, so fun to hang out on a weekday, catching up and opening up Roth IRAs ;)

Chans, thanks for hosting your 2 spouse-less siblings this weekend. Thanks for yummy dinner and fun conversations. I cherish these family meals together.  Love your new larger dining table.

Ethan's Baptism

Ethan decided to get baptized on Easter and asked his mentor JG, and big bro to baptize him.

We're so grateful for their brotherly love. They banter, but at the core, I think they like each other.

So happy the 5 of us can be together to celebrate Ethan's big decision.

USC students and alumni and Reality LA Church to support Ethan and a few other students who got baptised on Easter.

Kiddos wanted sushi ... lots of lots of it!

So fresh and yummy. I got to have some of my fav - amaebe, toro, uni and ikura

Hanging out at USC Village ... love the energetic yet relaxing vibe there.

Was a quick 12 hour field trip to LA.  Louie5 time is always special so even if it's just for 12 hours, we'll take it.
