Cousins fun

Chings joined us for dinner while Chans went on a date to HofPR in SF for Auntie Jen's bday.

Mama had so much  fun babysitting her youngest niece.   They both share a love for yummy food. 

Another soccer win for Mari who scored 2 points. 

Mom thinks it's never too young to save for the future.  Lesson on compound and tax free earning - I was sold on funding a Roth IRA.

Dozen Years Old

Another yummy bday dinner at Kura.  Bday boy/girl gets to plan their day ... sushi has been their pick for the last couple years.

Mari requested to go to a "professional" woman's soccer game.  Off to SCU vs. St Mary game with some some fellow soccer players.  

I made spam musubi for the soccer game.

Happy Early 12th Birthday Ethan!

Ethan began celebrating a dozen years with his STEM buddies.

He planned laser tag games and then a huge water balloon fight with 750 of these colorful "peace" toys.

Tween's favorite pastime ... Fortnite.

He made his own cookies and cream ice cream pie "bday cake"

Mari scored 3 goals in a very exciting 5-4 win.  She got nailed in the face, fell on her stomach and still powered through. 

We're so thankful to hangout with the twins for a sleepover.  

Their favorite activity is bubble bath.

Vietnam & Thailand, Our Village

Mom tagged along on Dad's business trip to Vietnam and Thailand. This food tour was all done by motorbikes.

On another food tour they had the best pho of their lives and enjoyed the local markets.

Food was super fresh.  Dada also commuted on motor bikes to meet his partners.

Inside the War Museum, Mama is looking at how kids viewed the war.

In Thailand, they signed up for more food tours, but they also got cultural lessons on some of their stops.

They toured around in a "tuk tuk".

They enjoyed the best pad thai they've ever had.

We're so lucky that family was here to bond with us while Mama and Dada had work/vacation.

Aunty Tracy and Uncle Michael and Po-Po also helped take care of us. They spoiled us rotten!

They also came to support my soccer game and I scored the only goal! We won 1-0,
