Ethan's Ear Surgery

I had ear surgery this week.  It was a 3.5 hour surgery but fortunately only felt like 5 minutes.  Thanks everyone for all your prayers, special treats, cards, balloons and presents!  Surgery went well and I'm back to my normal self.  Just can't be so active the next 3 weeks (no jumping or running).

I totally have him wrapped around my little fingers.  He's the coolest dad, takes great care of me and always makes me so happy.

President's Day = Family happy hour dinner at Strait's, Santana Row.  We had lots of yummy appetizers.  Our's (Tyler and Ethan) favorite was the calamari and Mari's was the garlic noodles.

Pinkberry treat because we've been good.

We celebrated our cousin Logan's 3 month / Red Egg & Ginger party on Sunday.  Isn't he a cutie?

Monopoly playdate with our friends.  This game kept us still for over an hour, Mama was happy about that.

Disney On Ice - Toy Story 3.  Even Mari enjoyed the show!

Weekend family walk.  Mama loves walks around the neighborhood so we joined her after breakfast.

Joy ride with Great grandma (91 yrs old) on her walker.

It was my (Tyler's) turn to plan FFF so for part of the fun I picked sushi for dinner.  Mari tried it for the 1st time and now loves salmon sashimi just like the rest of the family!  We had a great family fun nite playing lots of games with our parents.   Mama's turn to plan next week's FFF.  We all look forward to FFF every week!

I'm (almost) walking.  Up to 6 little steps now!

Twins cousins are here

Our twin cousins arrived on Friday 2/17!   They made it to 37 weeks, came out nice and healthy.   We feel so blessed to have them as family.  Mama teared when she entered the room and saw this precious site!  They truly are gifts from God to our entire family.

Can't wait to hold them, they are so cute!

We had a very happy valentine's day at school.  Got lots of nice and yummy valentines from our classmates.

Like my new step stool to access all the yummy snacks in the 2nd drawer?

I got to tag along to my big bro's kinder field trip for a nature hike and scavenger hunt.

Welcome Mateo (2 wks old)!  Uncle Gell and Dada have been good friends since freshmen year in college, 17 years ago!  They were each other's groomsman and now Dada will be Mateo's God father.

One of Mama and Dada's 3 food stops on their date night this Thur.  They love to try new restaurants / dishes at different places.

Auntie: Jen & Tracy and Uncle Tim - thanks so much for coming over to play Hero Factory with us!

Dada's Annual NBA Road Trip

This week Dada was gone for his annual NBA roadtrip with his friends: 4 nights, 4 cities, 4 games.  This year the cities were: Oakland, Orlando, Boston and Philadelphia.   While in Orlando Dada went to visit Hogwarts from Harry Potter.

In Boston Dada stayed with his cousin Jason who's studying at Harvard.  Uncle Jason gave Dada a tour of where LinSanity started in career.  Dada had such a great time he's already thinking about the next trip.

When Dada's traveling, I'm in put in charge to read bedtime stores to Ethan while Mama puts Mari down.  Dada tells us we're the "men of the house" so we have to be extra helpful to Mama, which we were.

Because we were good boys while Dada was gone we got to go with our Cub Scout pack to see Star Wars Episode 1 in 3D!  We got limited edition Darth Maul glasses and Star Wars toys as a gift since it was opening weekend.

While my parents and brothers were at the movies I hung out with the Lim girls.  Thanks for having me over.   So fun to play with girly toys for a change.

This is how we roll at Target.  We've been saving our "good job bucks" so we cashed out and bought some Lego Hero Factory toys.

Dada grilled up a dinner feast for me, we're all so happy he's finally home!

Twin cousins are 35+ weeks

We are so happy our twin cousins are still growing in Auntie Min's tummy.  They are now 35+ weeks.  Auntie Min has been really good about what she's eating and staying on bedrest.  We are so excited for our boy/girl twin cousins' arrival!   Thanks for having us over to watch the super bowl!

Someone's gotta feed Mari around here.  Mama said to give her a bit every 30 seconds.  I take my job very seriously so I'm using a timer (see it on the table?).  Also notice the flowers?  Dada got it for Mama this week ... just because.  He's so nice!

Mama and Dada went on another date nite this week to eat after putting us down.  They went to Misoya Ramen and Bon Chon Chicken.  They seem to really like going out to eat without us.  Which we don't mind, we'd rather sleep or play anyways.  Uncle Stanley - thanks for sleepsitting us!

I can clap and wave bye bye :-)
