Google LA

This week Dada went to LA for work.  He had a great time catching up with his best man,  groomsman and auntie in his hometown. 

Here's all the new Google swag Dada got us from this trip.  We always love Google goodies. 

Cheers with red velvet cupcakes at Haily's red egg and ginger party.  We like red cupcakes much better than red eggs (good swap Auntie Emi) ;-) 

Our newest toy - a bread machine.  Making cinnamon raisin bread for breakfast.  It's so easy to use and makes the house smell so good. 

For date night this week, they went back to where they met (SCU) to hang out for hours just like their good ol college days. 

 My turn for a date with Mama.  We love 1:1 time together.

Uncle Jason (Dada's cousin who got married in NY this summer) visited us and got put on babysitting duty with all 6 Louie / Chan kids.  

Showtime at HP Pavillion

On Thursday night our parents went to Stefani Germanotta's concert, aka Lady Gaga!   They had a great time sneaking away from us again, this time til midnight!  They said she was very talented and put on an amazing show. 

To make it up to us, on Sunday night they brought us along to see the Globetrotters.  Our 2nd annual, they do some amazing basketball tricks and tell really silly jokes.  Even Mari enjoyed it. 

 Yea for girl cousins,  Hailey is almost 2 months and Maya is almost 1 year old.  Can't wait til they can run around with me.  We're going to have so much girly fun together!

Just like my mom, I love shopping at Target.

49er playoff win celebration - we're excited for some sweet live crab but Mari didn't want to have anything to do with it.

On Friday afternoon, us girls got rear ended as we were driving locally.  We're both fine just have to get a new bumper now.

Basketball Season

Basketball season has started for us.  I'm part of a YMCA league and Ethan is signed for a basketball clinic via our community center.  We love the game, just like our dad.  

 Chef Mari grilling chicken and lots of veggies for our dinner.  She loves grilled zucchini.

Lunch date with my mom at Red Robin.  We had a great time eating and talking.  She always has lots of questions for me ;-) 

Afternoon playdate with our neighbors - we're playing "Who am I?" 

It was my turn (Tyler) to plan our weekly FFF (family fun friday).  I decided we're having ravioli for dinner and then we're having some carnival fun.  FFF is something we all look forward to every week.    

My 1st library storytime (since I'm finally not napping during this time).  I'm in the green paying close attention to the storyteller.  Met some new friends/neighbors my age.   Mama enjoyed having me sitting still on her nap for over 30 mins!   Ever since I turned 2 last week, she keeps saying I'm growing up too fast.  

I'm 2

I turned 2 on Friday and we took a family field trip to Happy Hallow.  

Because there were no lines, I got to go on this ride 4x back to back.
