We made a bet for a meal with Em 5 years ago they would have #3 by 40 (because Em wanted 4 kids and we thought she can convince Roo).  We had to pay up with a surf and turf meal - sous vide rib eye, miso chilean sea bass, jumbo lemon garlic shrimp and tropical poke.  It was so fun to hang out and pig out together.  We want to win next one - what to bet on next?
