Happy 3rd Birthday Teddy!

Someone turned 3 today!

I've been wanting to paint for my room for a while.  So glad mom is finally free to help me.  Bye bye pink & grey ... hello blue and white!  Mom also painted our guest room from green to tan.  She has been keeping busy with many home projects.  Now that she's done with painting, I think she's onto gardening now.

Daily PE outing with Coach Dad.

Teddy doesn't think Ticket to Ride is tool exciting ... we love it though, have been playing almost every night this week.

New game - had so many good laughs.

Physical distance ... yes!  But no social distance here ... Dad connecting with a few of his Sunday Night Ballers over a virtual drink.

Meeting with my Girl Scout Troop online ... so good to see my buddies, I miss them!

Shelter in Place

Hello Friends and Family!  Hope you're all doing ok.  We're trying to make the most of our  down time and family togetherness.   Please let us know if you need help - meal/grocery delivery?  We have some extra hand sanitizer if anyone needs.   Lets all stay home so we can all go out sooner.   Air hug until we can give you a real hug!

Shelter in place = Ticket to Ride ... virtual traveling game.   A new fun game we all enjoyed 3 evenings in a row!  This will have to do until we can travel again.

Squeezed in a boba date with Dad before "shelter in place" mandate.

Keeping busy with online classes with friends ... making a dream catcher

Ballet class with friend's older sis

"Art" class with mom
Furniture & wall art with mom

PE with dad

Dad's bible study group online.  Dad's new work office is set up in our parent's room.  Mom's office in the guest room.  We're doing our best living upstairs as our downstairs is still under renovation.

Mom has been keeping herself busy (and sane) with some exterior painting (& fresh air) ... garage door trim, window trims and doors.  Fresh new coat makes her so happy.  Simple joys.

Mom's 21 (x2) Bday

Fun and yummy dinner at Benihana for Mom's Bday.

Louie siblings (vegan) dinner .

Dad transitioned to a new team from Google Assistant to Google Photos this week.

Mom and Dad are working from home now ... here they are on their 1st work from home lunch date @ our upstairs "kitchen" during remodel.
A highlight of my day - playing outside with friends after school.

Breakfast date with Dad at iHop.

Dad using contractor's cool power tools to cut new window sills.

My minimalist desk ... all about matte black with a hint of red (Tyler)

Yummy sibling time

Helping mom and dad cast their votes on Super Tuesday!
Date with dad for one of my fav snacks - Pizza Hut breadsticks at Target

Mom started a 7 week series cooking class at work.  For their first class they are learning the basic flavors:  sweet, sour, salty, bitter and spicy.  Mom will learn how to mix these flavors to get her desired dish.  Can't wait to try mom's new creations.

Dad took the week off and one of the things he really wanted to do was watch Star Wars again in the theater.

Super Tues - go vote!

Weekend started off strong Sat 7:30a volunteering for Pete for President again (4th weekend in a row).  One of Pete's staff (policy writer) came to support my event.  Sadly Sun 4p, Pete didn't have the numbers, and decided to withdraw.  I'm so bummed.   You can hear why I support Pete (1 min video) on @elizabeth4Pete Twitter page: https://twitter.com/elizabeth4pete/status/1233796079478378496?s=09.  Don't forget to vote this Tue!

Girl Scout cookies anyone?  Always so fun selling cookies with my amazing troop.

National pancake day ... free pancakes at IHOP!

Orenchi dinner date with mom.

Mom invited 2 Google engineers who work on the Pixel phones to come to SCHS to speak to STEM 9-11th graders about their journey to mechanical and electrical engineering at MIT and USC.  Since we don't need mom in the classroom in high school, she's is always looking for ways to be a part of our education ... I guess I don't mind ;)
