Christmas Festivities

Mon: We went to Vasona Park to see Christmas nights. Absoluting amazing! We even got to stick our head out the sun roof to see the nights.

Tue: SF tourist day! Our day started with some yummy dim sum in Chinatown. Then we hopped on a cable car (1st time) to Fisherman's wharf.

With our tour guides.

They have some pretty yummy chocolate and ice cream here!

Taking SF muni around was a blast. By the end of the day we were pooped. My favorite part was the listening to the sea lions make weird noises and Ethan's favorite part was the cable car. SF is such a fun city! Can't wait to play tourist again.

Wed: Mama's middle school girl friends came over for their annual celebration. We got to watch Star Wars with Dada upstairs.

Thur: Dada's family came over for Christmas Eve.

Our presents to Mama and Dada.

Fri: Christmas day in SF with Mama's family. Here they are from #1 - 5.

Sat - Sun: Louie-Ching Christmas. Dada's uncle's family came from LA to celebrate with us. We love slumber parties with the Ching cousins.

Great Grandma with her 2 kids, 9 grandkids and 2 great grandsons! We're so happy she's up from Fresno to spend quality time with us.

Kris Kringle - Mama ended up with a Magic Bullet, she's loving it so far. She can't wait to try more recipes.

Holiday Cheer

Winter concert at school. My first performance, was actually a lot of fun.

Thanks Auntie: Emi, Jen & Min and PoPo for coming to see my class sing.

We found a couple squirrels on our walk with Mama and went home to get them some cashew nuts - they loved them and stored some for later too. So cool to watch them eat the food we gave them.

Christmas party with Mama's cousins. We has so much fun with them. We're jealous Mama has so many cousins and we don't have any.

Naty - thanks for our Christmas presents! We've mailed in our request for the catapillars, you'll have to come visit us when they arrive. Thanks for such a cool gift.

Playtime at Google. We really want to work at Google now. We can manage playing foosball and eating all day.

Double date with Grandma and Grandpa at Ruth Chris Steakhouse in SF. Sounds like they enjoyed their adult conversation and yummy meal! Hope we can go next time.

We had a great time with PoPo and GongGong's while our parents were enjoying their double date. Thanks PoPo and GongGong for feeding and playing with us!

Our view on our way to Davis. Amazing rainbow sight!

2x2 bible study holiday party. Our parents study and we get to play, what a deal!

We recruited many aunties and uncles to help us with our ginger bread house. Best part was taste testing the candy before we put it on. Thanks for coming over to play with us.

Boys hang out time. Dada got a new phone so he gave us his old iPhone and G1. He's loving his new present from Google.

Santa's Visit 2009

I've had my eye on a Lego Power Miner set - Claw Digger. I've been extra good, hope Santa will get me this toy.

Hope Santa gets this before he comes to our house this Sat for our annual SCU party.

Yeah Santa knew exactly what we wanted - Lego set for me and Franklin the turtle books and dvd for Ethan. Thanks Santa!

This year Mama and Dada's silly college buddies came in very "festive" holiday sweaters, esp Dada. It's always so much fun when we hang out with the SCU gang, they're a crazy bunch.

Field trip to Christmas in the Park in downtown San Jose. We took public transportation there - all 120 kindergartners!

Mama and Ethan came along to join the fun.

Grandpa's 60th Luau birthday party at the clubhouse in their new condo! His bro and some friends flew up from LA to send their best wishes. Great celebration of his 60 years ... he's ready for 60 more years!

Jamba Juice Field Trip

Our November field trip was to our neighborhood Jamba Juice. We got to go behind the scenes to see how they make smoothies. We even got to walk into a freezer. Since this one is close by, Ethan got to tag along too. For Dec, we're off to Christmas in the Park in downtown San Jose.

I was off school on Wed for Veteren's Day so I went to my alma mater (Google Preschool) to visit my friends and teachers. They had so many questions for me about kindergarten.

Playdate with Cayden and Lucas at their house this time. Always so much fun with the Tans.

Girls nite out at San Pedro Square in downtown SJ with college buddies. Mama's craving to go back already.

Our daily 7:30am family breakfast before school. On Friday, Dada made me a sunnyside up egg. A bit messy but so yummy. Thanks Dada, you CAN cook!

The "Girls" table at the annual SCU Thanksgiving dinner. This year was adults only so we hung out with Po-Po and Gong-Gong (Mama's parents) instead. We had a blast with them and Mama and Dada really enjoyed catching up with their college friends.

The "kids" table. Dada enjoyed bonding with the boys.

This week at church we packed shoeboxes of goodies to show God's love for kids around the world who don't have that many toys. We packed them toys, candy, toothbrush, toothpaste, crayons etc. I packed one for a girl my age and Doa Doa packed one for a 7 year old boy. Hope they like what we packed for them. This is our 3rd annual Operation Christmas Child project.

Writing a special note for our recipient to let them know how much God loves them.
