Mandarin 101

 We've signed up for Sat morning Mandarin classes.  Dada sits in our on class to try to get a free lesson.   Had our 2nd class this Sat, slowly but surely we're all learning.

My brothers love to rough house with Dada, I'm finally old enough to start rough housing with him too.  He's so fun!

Check out my new toy, well not really "new" most of my toys are hand me downs from my 2 brothers but I don't mind.  It's new to me.

Another hand me down, this one from great grandma.  Quite a fun "toy," it makes lot of cool noises!

Since we all did a good job with our flu shots, we each got a sticker and lollipop.

Like my brothers, my parents waited until I fell out of my bed to lower it (they're already in denial I'm growing up).  Both bothers helped lowered it, I shouldn't be able to fall out now. 

This week's FFF, I (Ethan) chose Uno and Monopoly game nite.  Love simple family time. 

Was glued to this book all weekend.  This Harry Potter boy has very interesting adventures.  Can't wait to see the movie next weekend. 

 Mama went out for brunch with her sisters and cousin.  Heard they were there for 2.5 hours just chatting away.  Girls sure can talk.

Dada's Fishy 34th B-day Party

For Dada's party this year, we hired a Google sushi chef to make handrolls for the 50+ of us

Chef Tagg worked and partied hard with us all night making over 250 sushi handrolls (and drinking along the way)! 

California, unagi, salmon, spicy tuna and scallop ... yum!

We made Dada a sushi candy b-day cake with rice krispies. 

Mari's not happy about Dada getting close to his mid-30s ... one more year of early 30s for our old man

We took a long nap before the party so we got to stay up waaay past our 7:45 bedtime playing with Uncle Steve's Xbox Kinect (thanks!)

Our parents party too much, Dada's in Vegas for a b-ball tournament and Mama sneaks out to party with her SCU friends at VIP Lounge after she tucks us in.  Thank goodness for our responsible Auntie Emi and Uncle Roo who sleep-sat us.

Our 1st game this season.  All ready in our orange and black to cheer the Giants on.

Recruited to pitch for the Giants as soon as I turned 8 months this weekend.

Dada had a business trip in Santa Monica and met with his So Cal groomsmen for some yummy Thai food.  He also met with with Uncle Sam, his best man another night.
